We are a creative pizzeria that opened in the summer of 2022 on the fantastic island of Culebra. Our pizza dough is fermented with our own Culebra sourdough starter, which is about to turn six years old. Our pizzas are inspired by and nourished by the freshness of local farms and producers, as well as the Caribbean itself. We love to innovate, so we have new pizzas every month, meaning our menu can change weekly. La Jíbara Pizzería Creativa is a haven for pizza enthusiasts and lovers seeking a memorable dining experience while enjoying the beach and the natural beauty of this beautiful island.
