By submitting visual content (images/videos) to THE MAFIA, PUERTO RICO / ATLASt, The restaurant or culinary concept ("You") represents and warrants that you are the rightful owner of such images or that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share them and that you submit the content freely and voluntarily.

You also authorize THE MAFIA, PUERTO RICO / ATLASt to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute the submitted images, without any limitation, for the following purposes:

• Display on the website and gastronomic directory.
• Promotion on social media and other associated digital media.
• Advertising, marketing and communication materials related to the platform.

You acknowledge that this authorization is royalty-free and that THE MAFIA, PUERTO RICO / ATLASt is not obligated to make financial compensation for the use of the visual content. 

You retain ownership of your images, and grant THE MAFIA, PUERTO RICO / ATLASt a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license for the aforementioned purposes. Similarly, THE MAFIA, PUERTO RICO / ATLASt reserves the exclusive right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the visual content submitted by you remains available on our website or whether it should be removed or modified.
